Hello My Name Is...

Bill Higney

I am beginning my 41st year of teaching middle school. This is my 17th year here at Lookout Valley.  I received my undergraduate degree from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and my Masters of Education from Cumberland University in Lebanon, Tn. My duties here at LVMHS are 8th grade language arts teacher, head coach of the middle school football team, and head coach of the boys and girls middle school track teams. The best time to contact me is from 7:15-8:05. This is my planning period.
